Fugitive Frog used to be a top ranking police-force-sergeant before being imprisoned in a top-quality prison. He went into a room where there was a supposed mob meeting and shot out everyone. His objective was just to arrest the main leader without any causalities. The force didn't take too kindly to that. Four years after being put in prison, he broke out by creating a bomb made of common prison utensils. Ironically he did some jobs to get rid of the police by the unders of the old mob. Later on he gets backstabbed by the mob and try to lock him in a gas chamber. He breaks the glass with a gun he throws up out of his mouth. After killing everyone in the mob, his job is offered back to the police force. He declines and then decides to just go live in the country.
